Jan White, Certified Realtime Reporter, Registered Merit Reporter, and California CSR is committed to being a reliable, sensitive, quality court reporter and being a firm owner at the same time. Reporting keeps Jan in touch with the profession like nothing else can do.

Management and production within her firm is left to those who do it best, Michaela and Kristie.

Because Jan reports all the time, she seems to instill within her staff reporters allegiance and reliability coming from the respect they feel when they know she reports "in the trenches" just as they do. That includes reporters that will stand by, just like Jan, on a 24-hour basis for last-minute scheduling of depositions because they all understand that sometimes last-minute depositions happen, and the last thing anybody wants is to have a deposition all set up with no court reporter!
